- A team of staff dealing with only domestic heating requirements
- A dedicated tanker fleet delivering across the specific zones on specific days
- A new logo, image and approach to servicing consumers
- Saturday morning opening throughout the winter months

The last few years has seen very cold and demanding winters where oil users as a collective whole have felt let down by large supply groups. There has even been damning press coverage on some of the large organisations, suggesting they had been profiteering and driving the price of heating oil up by monopolising the market.
